The Hawthorn is a new Brightside building located in the Marpole neighbourhood. The Hawthorn boasts accessible suites, studios, 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units, and community-minded amenity spaces.

The Hawthorn is expected to begin leasing in early 2025.
